1.Introduction to FEV3R Online Healthcare Services

Welcome to FEV3R, providing affordable healthcare solutions, including virtual consultations, medication deliveries, and acute medical support for individual users. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Scope of Services: Online Consultation, Healthcare and Medical Services

FEV3R offers unlimited virtual consultations, medication delivery, and other healthcare services for subscribers, subject to fair use and availability. While the service covers acute conditions, it does not include lab diagnostics or claims on referrals to clinics. Medications will be provided as per consultation, and users must be aware that allergic reactions to covered drugs may limit treatment options.

3. Fair Use Policy for Online Healthcare Services

FEV3R offers a maximum of 90 consultations per year for individual users. We reserve the right to terminate service if this limit is breached or if we detect misuse, such as seeking multiple daily consultations without medical necessity.

4. Medication Consultation and Usage Policy

All medications provided by FEV3R are for the individual named in the doctor’s consultation. Any misuse, including acquiring medication for others, may lead to termination of access to services.

5. Coverage for Acute and Chronic Conditions in Healthcare Plans

FEV3R treats acute conditions only. Chronic conditions requiring long-term medication, such as asthma, are not covered beyond initial acute treatment. Repeat prescriptions or follow-up medications are excluded from the service.

6. Drug Dispensation, Medication Consultation and Allergy Guidelines

Medications are dispensed following a licensed healthcare provider’s consultation. We cover a specific set of drugs, and users should be aware of possible limitations, especially in cases of drug allergies (e.g., Penicillin). FEV3R is not responsible for the unavailability of alternative medications outside of the covered list.

7. Medication Delivery Hours for Online Doctors in Malaysia

Medication deliveries are available during the following hours:

  • Weekdays: 8am – 8pm
  • Weekends: 8am – 8pm
  • Public Holidays: 8am – 8pm
    Delivery timelines vary based on location, with major cities (Kuala Lumpur, Malacca, Johor, Penang, Kota Kinabalu) offering 4-hour delivery, while outside areas may require overnight delivery.

8. Prescription Policy for Telemedicine in Malaysia

Prescriptions will be issued on labelled documents (“CIP Prescription”). Users must upload their pharmacy receipts for CIP medications within 2 days of receipt to claim reimbursement, which will be processed via DuitNow within 4 working days. Claims are only valid for medications prescribed by FEV3R doctors.

9. Payment Terms for Healthcare Plan Company Subscribers

All subscription fees are paid monthly and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will only take effect at the start of the next month.

10. Geographical Service Limitations for Digital Healthcare in Malaysia

FEV3R’s services are available in select cities, and delivery times may vary based on your location. A list of supported areas is available on the website.

11. Service Limitations of Our Online Healthcare Clinic

FEV3R’s services are intended for general healthcare, and not for specialist treatment or hospitalization. This service is not meant for emergency care.

12. Modifications to FEV3R Online Healthcare Terms

FEV3R reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notification. Significant changes will be communicated via the website or app.
