Q: What happens when my 7-day free trial ends?
A: Your account will automatically transition to the Individual Plan with full benefits. If you wish to cancel before the trial ends, you can do so by sending email to enquiries@fev3r.com.
Q: Will I be charged after the trial ends?
A: Yes, your saved card will be charged the monthly subscription fee of RM36 unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Q: Will I lose access to my medical records after the trial ends?
A: No, all your medical records, prescriptions, and past consultations will remain accessible even if you choose not to continue the subscription.
Q: Can I still get medication delivery after the trial?
A: Yes, with the full Individual Plan, you will continue to enjoy acute medication coverage with delivery.
Q: I didn’t use the service during the trial—can I extend it?
A: The trial is limited to one-time use per user. However, if you have technical issues, please contact our support team—we’d be happy to assist.
Q: How do I cancel my trial before being charged?
